This is a citrusy vibrant take on hot sauce created by head chef Tomoya Kawasaki of Chotto Motto, a gyoza restaurant in Collingwood. It's a riff on a famous Japanese condiment Yuzu Kosho.

This hot sauce combines everyone's favourite Japanese citrus Yuzu with fermented mild green chillies and yuzu pepper.

It goes great on tacos, eggs, pizza, sashimi or even oysters!

Handmade in Collingwood, Melbourne.

Ingredients: vinegar, salted-cured green chillies, yuzu peel and yuzu juice.
