Cornersmith Blood Orange Marmalade
Cornersmith is a a family run business in Annandale, NSW. They have a cafe, a cooking school, cookbooks and a beautiful range of locally made small batch pantry items. Their Blood orange marmalade is a favourite seasonal conserve, beautifully balancing the bitter-sweetness of this special citrus. This is a softer set for smearing on croissants, and for using in baking and cocktails.
Enjoy it on toast with lots of butter, on scones with cream, in crepes or tarts. This marmalade also adds the right amount of sweetness and flavour to marinades, meat glazes and salad dressings.
Ingredients: Blood oranges, water, sugar, pectin, citric acid.
